BOOMING SYSTEM

Eurotecniche’s booming system
is an invaluable opportunity for those who want to achieve high
levels of brightness from the surfaces of metals. This process occurs by
bringing together two chemicals, potassium cyanide (KCN) and water peroxide
(H2O2), which react together producing a small chemical reaction, hence the
name “booming. “Potassium cyanide acts on the metal surface
oxidation by removing from it a small amount of metals present in the alloy,
which subsequently will be recovered. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) has also the
function to neutralize potassium cyanide. The machine has been studied
in any detail to allow for complete safety and protection of the user. The
reaction takes place in a tightly closed environment that does not allow
contact with the operator. The special sliding glass door and
appropriate gloves allow you to operate inside the hood and move the pieces
in total safety.  Booming process can
be used on any type of item such as chains, bracelets, rings, pendants. This
will allow the article to reach, after finishing operations, a bright and
shining color.
