Dear Customer, find below some instructions to follow so that we can assure you our best service.

PROCEDURE FOR CONFIRMING AN ORDER

We will reply to your order by e-mail with an offer. It is important that you see the offer in every part of it. Only after you have accepted it by e-mail the Customer Service will send you the order confirmation. The prices will be considered fixed and final only upon the issuance of the order confirmation of EUROTecniche S.r.l. It is possible that due to variations in the fixing of the valuables (Au, Rh, Ag, Pd, Pt, Ru, Cu, In) the offer is no longer valid at the time of your confirmation. In this case, the Customer Service will contact you with a new offer, or to fix the order with the updated prices if this is your wish.
Requests for offers and order confirmations must always be returned by e-mail, telephone or whatsapp. EUROTecniche S.r.l. can fix orders from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:20 and from 14:00 to 17:00, Italian time.

PAYMENT

In case of prepayment, please do not pay before receiving the order confirmation: the offer may no longer be valid due to the exchange of the fixing of precious metals; EUROTecniche S.r.l. reserves the right to retain the order until the balance of the missing part.
The prepayment must be made within 7 (seven) working days from the order confirmation, otherwise EUROTecniche S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel the order even if confirmed. You must send us the confirmation of the transfer provided by your bank and we will understand it received when our bank has registered it.
Products containing a high percentage of precious metal require prepayment even when the payment conditions reserved for you are deferred. The Customer Service will notify you when sending the offer if there are items that require this type of payment.

CHANGES / ADDITIONS TO CONFIRMED ORDERS

After the invoice for your order has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes: neither in quantity, nor to add other goods. For any additions we will issue a separate invoice.
You must notify us no later than the order confirmation of any instructions relating to the distribution of products in packages: we can not make changes to the quantities confirmed, the packaging or the quantity of packages, from the moment your order is being prepared.

ISSUE OF THE INVOICE

We issue the invoice after recording the payment (in case it is in advance) or when the material is ready for shipment, never before.
Please note that it is not possible for us to issue a new invoice if previous invoices are past due or unpaid.
If your credit institution requires a document to process your payment, the Customer Service may send you a pro-forma invoice. This document cannot be considered the final invoice.
It is not possible for us to indicate on the invoice customs tariffs other than those prescribed. At your request, the invoice can be issued without mentioning them.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

The information relating to the delivery and sending of the documents necessary for the successful delivery must be provided to us before or at the latest at the time of the order confirmation. In particular, we need:

– for ex-works returns: name and contact details of the carrier and the Italian agent (if necessary) or number of your subscription with a courier;
– information on documents required for import (e.g. packing list – EUR 1 – Certificate of Origin);
– specific instructions on the distribution of the products in several packages, on any entries in the invoice or on requests for packaging;

It is your responsibility to inform us if some products you intend to order require a permit for the import of which you do not yet have; and if the process for obtaining such permits may delay the delivery of the material itself. EUROTecniche S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel the order if such needs should be communicated only after the order confirmation, and to withhold an amount if it has already purchased raw materials to cope with the production of the order.
Documents required for the confirmation of export: in order to fulfill the legal obligations, EUROTecniche S.r.l. needs to receive confirmation of export by your customs agent or transporter. In the event that you proceed to the direct collection of the order at our headquarters with private transport, EUROTecniche S.r.l. reserves the right to apply Italian VAT to the total invoice, or to request the sending by e-mail of documents certifying the actual export of the goods.

RETURNS

The return of goods can be made only within one calendar year from the date of issue of the invoice; the packaging must be intact, and in any case the material must not have exceeded its expiration date.
It will be your responsibility to issue a return DDT that specifies the number of the corresponding EUROTecniche invoice, the product code and the quantity, to be viewed by the Customer Service before the return shipment.
EUROTecniche S.r.l. reserves the right to consider whether or not to accept the return.

MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE

  1. The supply is guaranteed for no more than 12 months from the delivery of the equipment provided, generally means extended to all parts provided by us with regard to their execution both from a technical and an executive point of view.
  2. The warranty is accepted only if the serial number on the system is legible.
  3. The obligations of Eurotecniche are limited to the repair or, at its discretion, to the replacement of the system or the defective parts.
  4. The warranty of this plant will immediately expire if it is modified without our consent and/ or without having interfaced with Eurotecniche.
  5. This warranty does not cover:
  • Periodic checks, maintenance, repartitions or replacement of wear parts.
  • Aesthetic damage, such as in particular, scratches and bumps not attributable to us.
  • Costs related to transport, travel or start-up of the system under warranty.
  • Malfunctions or damage not due to manufacturing defects in the plant (including, but not limited to, fire, water, negligence, virus, misuse, etc.).
  • All changes to service mode systems settings.
  • Incorrect or improper use of the system, including, without limitation, the use of the same for purposes other than normal or contrary to those set out in the Eurotecniche instructions on the use and maintenance of the plant.
  • The use of the system with accessories, spare parts incompatible with the reference system.
  • Malfunction of the system due to incorrect or incomplete start-up, incorrect use of the technical or safety standards in force, or malfunction resulting from non-compliance with the instructions contained in the user manual, unless the start-up is carried out by Eurotecniche.
  • Malfunction resulting from the fact that the system has not been used in accordance with specific maintenance instructions indicated in the relevant manual.
  • Malfunction caused by external circumstances (including, but not limited to, plants not supplied by us, internet connection, electricity, water supply and intake systems, etc.).
  • Cases where the model, serial number or installation number has been deliberately altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
  • The cases in which the plant has been damaged due to reconfiguration, unless Eurotecniche has previously consented to this.
  • Cases where the display or other parts have been damaged.
  • Cases in which consumers refuse to communicate machine data to Eurotecniche.
  • Malfunctions that can be resolved using standard methods of remote repair by Eurotecniche, but the consumer rejects them without a valid reason.
  • This guarantee is valid only for users to whom the plant has been sold unless otherwise agreed.

ABSENCE OF LIABILITY FOR ANALYSIS

  1. The test reports issued by EUROTecniche concern only the sample tested and cannot be reproduced (even partially) unless the laboratory has given its written approval.
  2. EUROTecniche does not assume any responsibility for the results of chemical analysis requested by the CUSTOMER to its laboratories, products or bathrooms, and this regardless of whether or not the CUSTOMER has paid the fee for them.
  3. The CUSTOMER, therefore, should he decide to rely on the chemical analyses performed by EUROTecniche and put in place actions and/or omissions as a result of this, will do so exclusively under his own responsibility, at his own risk.
