EUROTecniche rectangular vibrators are machines dedicated above all to the processing of mechanical parts which, due to their size and manufacture, are not easily treatable in circular vibrators. They are adaptable to any type of processing in particular they are used to smooth, polish and blend objects of small, medium and large dimensions.
EUROTecniche’s “Turbo” centrifugal disc finishing machines are special devices that work through centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the work base. The interaction between the treated pieces and the media provides targeted material erosion much more efficient than traditional vibrators. The Eurotecniche Turbo vibrators are equipped with a curved-shaped working tank that allows to limit the pigmentation of the pieces and optimize the workflows.
The EUROTecniche magnetic tumbler is a machine suitable for the cleaning and finishing of non-magnetizable metal parts in the production of goldsmith, optics and watchmaking objects. The working principle is based on rubbing of objects by very small magnetically dragged stainless steel needles. The particular working system allows the needles a perfect treatment of all surfaces, especially those with particular characteristics (filigree, cavity, sub-square, chain, etc.) which are normally difficult to work with traditional systems. The soft flow of the needles on the surface allows use with objects with hard or semi-hard stones mounted.
