CHF PLANT E100

“The CHF compact plants are fully automated for the chemical physical treatment of polluted water. The water coming from different product sectors, is channeled into a collection tank and equalization, from which is drawn and launched to a system with the help of a submersible pump driven by the plant itself. To the water polluted, present in the reaction tank of the plant, is added monoreagent chemical Dissociator powder EUROFLOC which produces an effect absorbent and flocculant. The mixing of the water and the reagent is hydrodynamically by means of high-performance stirrer. The chemical reactions developed make that the pollutants discharged, soluble and emulsified be induced to sediment for absorption and flocculation, turning into sludge, which remains in this state without irreversible most disciogliersi .After the chemical process is the separation of the clarified water from the mud, by filtration on paper of the type nonwoven fabric. The pollutants sedimented (mud) are retained by the filter paper and transported to the collection container, where they accumulate to be subsequently disposed of. During this process the sludge deposited on the filter paper further lose part of their moisture to which they occur, at the end, partially dehydrated. The filtered water is discharged into the sewer system or surface watercourse, or, where possible and appropriate, re-used; if necessary, it will start to filtration on quartzite and / or activated carbon.
