SUPERWHITE PLANT 60LT

Eurotecniche has designed a simple and
compact system for the application of a cataforetic paint called
“SUPERWHITE”. The entire operation is controlled by a power supply
computerized that controls the main functions of the process. An oven with
forced air circulation, guarantees a complete dry of the product. The
cataphoretic SUPERWHITE process consists of applying a layer of acrylic resin
very transparent on any finished pieces like jewelery, eyewear, watches, gold
chains and silver or any metallic substrate with high hardness and adhesion.
The high corrosion resistance offered by SUPERWHITE paint, even when in
contact with solvents and cleaning products for domestic use, and abrasion
resistance in the transportation and exposition commercial, assures to the
pieces treated very high and lasting protection from oxidation. This
equipment can manage a volume of 60 l of product.
